Affiliate program terms

1. What you earn

You earn 30% of what a customer you referred actually pays us — after any discount, in the currency they paid (US dollars or Bangladeshi taka; the two are never converted or added together). You earn on their first payment and on every payment they make in the 12 months after it. The rate on the day of the order is the rate you get for that order.

2. Who counts as your customer

Someone who opens your link (or any Affpilot page with ?ref= and your code) and creates a new Affpilot account within 60 days. If they open several affiliates' links, the last one before they sign up counts. Once they sign up, they stay your customer — it never moves to someone else. People who already had an account do not count.

3. When you are paid

Each commission waits 30 days, the refund window, and we check every commission by hand before it can be withdrawn. After that you can ask for a payout of your whole ready balance once it reaches at least USD 20.00 or BDT 2,000.00. We pay by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer or Wise, by hand, usually within a few working days.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

If an order is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken from your next payout.

5. Not allowed

• Buying through your own link, or making accounts for yourself, your family's devices or your team to earn commission.
• Spam: unsolicited emails or messages, comment spam, fake reviews or fake discounts.
• Paid search ads on the words “Affpilot” or “AffPilot”, or pretending to be Affpilot.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden links, bots or anything that makes clicks or sign-ups that are not real people choosing us.

We check every sign-up and purchase for these patterns. If we find them we may cancel the commissions involved, pause payouts or close the affiliate account.

6. What we record and why

To pay the right person and to stop fraud we record, for each click on an affiliate link, each sign-up and each purchase: the IP address, a random device cookie, the browser and device type, and the page the visitor came from. Only Affpilot staff see this. Full IP addresses are deleted after 12 months; a one-way scrambled copy is kept so we can still spot repeats. Affiliates never see their customers' details — only a shortened email address.

We may change these terms; changes apply to orders made after the change.
